For the tutorial dataset of apoferritin, EMPIAR-10146, what type of apoferritin is it (mouse, human, etc.)? Is it a heavy chain only sample? Is there an existing PDB entry that matches the data?

Hi Shenping,
This is horse spleen apoferritin from sigma, so it is a mix of chains. We haven't directly built into this structure, but you should be able to fit in other horse spleen apoferritin structures pretty well.
