I was processing a data on cisTEM and things were wirking fine till 3D reconstruction. However, when I start for autorefinement first cycle, the computer just freezes and job does not progress ahead. I tried to restart computer and re run the job but same thing happened again. Please let me know the possible reasons and solutions.

Hi Dilip,
Is this something that is quite big? If so, it can be that the automasking takes a very long time.
Can you try setting automask to No in the expert options to see if this solves the problem?
This will be fixed in the upcoming release.

Thank you very much for your response. You may be right. I am processing a virus particle. I would follow your suggestions and get back to you. I am also very eagerly waiting for new version of cisTEM, considering the super user friendly workflow of the software.
