Computational Imaging System for Transmission Electron Microscopy
CisTEM crashed when I tried deleting all the movie assets, here is the bug report.
(cisTEM:14541): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_notify: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
(cisTEM:14541): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_tree_selection_unselect_iter: assertion 'selection->tree_view->priv->model != NULL' failed
[1]+ Segmentation fault (core dumped) ~/cistem/cisTEM
I am running on centOS 7, on an intel workstation off the precompiled binaries.
Axel
Did it all look ok when you restarted?
Yes
Ok, thanks I will look into it.
HI Tim
I also got the same error and cistem crahsed while performing CTF. Any suggestion or fixes for this ?
Best
Saba
Hi Saba,
Does it always crash? Or did it just crash once?
Tim
It crashed twice. Thinking that maybe it's linked to a large (3k only!) number of micrographs, dividing into subsets let me overcome the issue temporarily.
