cisTEM crashed after opening a project file

Hi,

I processed a dataset 2-3 months back and was trying to open that project file again in cisTEM GUI and cisTEM is crashing everytime I am opening that .db file. The error says:

Oops. Could not find array position of asset with ID 1683258
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I don't know how to proceed further. I had almost fully processed this dataset and I wanted to export the particle stack of this project into Relion. I read your previous comments on a similar situation where you suggest to delete the particle position stack. Is that the only option and if I do that, will I need to process the project again starting from particle picking to refinement.

Do you mean this :-

https://cistem.org/database-issue-after-cistem-crash

This will delete your particle position groups. If you were using groups to create refinement packages you won't be able to remake them, but your existing refinement packages should be fine.

So, you mean if I do this (delete particle position groups) I can still export my refinement package and use it for Relion?
