floating exception (core dumped)

I am jeongmin Lee.

When I tried 2D classification after automatically picking particles and manually removing particles, I got 'floating exception (core dumped), g1' and then the program closed as soon as clicking results and 2D classification..

And then, after I removed assets and related files, I made new fold and tried 2D classification after automatically picking particles.

But I got below messages(g2) and the program closed as soon as clicking results and 2D classification.

(cisTEM:30661): GtK-CRITICAL **: IA_gtk_tree_row_reference_new_proxy: assertion 'path->depth > 0' failed floating exception (core dumped)

However, our computer has lots of space.

Could you help me?

Hi,

This looks like there is a problem with the stack, possibly it has been deleted. If you go to assets->refinement packages, selcet the correct package and click the display stack button on the right hand side, does the stack display ok?

One fix would probably be to recreate the refinement package.

After clicking the display stack button on the right hand side, I can't see anything in Tigrisdisplay(g3).

Next step, I recreated the refinement package and then tried to do 2D classification.

But I had a same message, floating exception (core dumped).

How can I fix this problem?

Something is really wrong, it thinks the box size is 0.

Can you post a screenshot of the refinement package assets panel, with the correct refinement package selected?
