Thank you for the wonderful software.
CisTEM particle picking, 2D classification and refinement in 3D are very fast.
The exception is the "Import Assets" step. It took me 3 days to import 9000 image sums and it has been a forth day of importing ~2 million particle positions and it is not even a half through this step.
Is there a way to import assets faster?

The importing of Assets can be slow if the disk access is slow. Especially shared network storage can cause significant delays when it is accessed by many users. If you can copy the data to a local scratch disk, importing should not take more than a few seconds to minutes.
