Downloading tutorial dataset

I have trouble to download the tutorial dataset. My download always stopped after around 500MB.

I am not sure if that's my network problem or the website problem.

I am wondering if there is an alternative URL or cloud drive for me to try?

I too am having this problem.  No matter what browser I use I get a 'network interruption' that kills the download.  Was there a solution for this?
