Are you connecting remotely? If so, are you using a remote desktop or ssh? I don't think this is an issue with cisTEM, it seems more likely it is an issue with your remote session having the wrong dpi or something like that. You could try changing the dpi with something like :-

It's CentOS 7.x for our Sherlock cluster.
I had no problem with cisTEM before, but it appeared like this since yesterday. Other programs look ok.
