Script for making angular distribution

Hi all,

I really like the angular distribution plot available in cisTEM. I wanted to plot individual plots for a series of subsets. I wonder whether there is a script available for making the same angular distribution plot in cisTEM. Thanks!

Hi Wei,

There is no script, but if you make a new refinement package from whatever subset, then you will get the plot in cisTEM.
