Great software! Is it possible to expand symmetry, to align or classify each asymmetric unit of a particle separately?

Hi Bonnie,

Thanks. Unfortunatekly, the asymmetric refinement you are referring to is currently only available in the older version of Frealign, v9.11, We will implement this option also in cisTEM but for the momemt, you will have to use the old Frealign version.
