Filtering and deleting .mrc files
Hi,
In cisTEM, when filtering .mrc files, we can see the bad/useless images that we want to discard and not use them for further processing.
However, there is no way to delete those. Therefore, we manually have to delete them, and sometimes they are more that 500 images or so. Is it possible that there is an easier way to delete the bad images through cisTEM.
Side note: we have made a script to help in deleting those images using screenshots, improvising to survive :D , but I was wondering if there is a way to do that from cisTEM itself.
Any ideas will be so helpful for all of us here.
Thank you so much in advance,
Ahmed
Thank you so much. It was not
Thank you so much. It was not so obvious for us, even though it looks like an obvious thing now when I see it.
Thanks!
Hi Ahmen,
Hi Ahmen,
If you want to exclude images from further processing, you should create a new Asset Group than contains only your good images. This Asset Group can then be selected as input in your next step. No need to manually delete images.
