I am processing a phase plate dataset. I just noticed that there is a discrepancy in phase shift units in the Results->CTF section. The CTF parameters box lists the phase shift in degrees, while the 'Define Filter' function uses radians.
Kind of confusing, but I eventually figured it out!

Thanks for pointing this out! In the database everything is stored as radians, I converted everything to degrees in the GUI as they are a bit easier, but must have missed this one.
