Dear cisTEM team,
is it somhow possible to import CTF parameters from a *star file into cisTEM's database? We are using FOCUS to preprocess acquired movies, which exports a micrographs.star file with these parameters. It would be nice not to have to reprocess them again in cisTEM. Anyway, thanks a lot for thhis wonderful tool!

Hi Lubomir,
Currently it is not possible to do this (without directly manipulating the database). You can of course import the aligned movie images, but you would have to re-run CTF estimation, and would only be able to run it on the images, not the movies.
It is a good idea of a feature to add, and I will put it on the list.
