cisTEM gets hung when trying to do a global search on only Psi and Y

Hi,

I'm trying to do a refinement where in one stage, I only search Psi and Y. When I do Manual Refine, Global Search and only allow Psi and Y, cisTEM starts the job then hangs. It gets through the binning stage, the NPS stage, then gets to the part where it says Average sigma noise ... several times (presumably those are different processes?) Some of those processes go all the way to 100%, but one of them just gets stuck at 0%. When I search on all the Eulers there are no problems. Any help would be appreciated.
