Hi community
I can run the cisTEM 
cisTEM-2.0.0-alpha-183-e549844-20231205.tar.gz using the CPU mode. But I can never run the template-matching job whichever on my won worksation or cluster while using GPU.
I tried to define "CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICE=0" beforet the command as searched from this forum, but won't work as well. I also tried different workstaions with different GPU versions.
The error is :
"Controller received a disconnect from the master before the job was finished.. Error: Controler Disconnected - shutting down job"
Any help are apprieciated.
