Compiling cistTEM 2.0 alpha version

Hi all, 

I am trying to compile the cisTEM 2-alpha from the Github repository. 

I tried the following. 

>> aclocal 

>> autoconf configure.ac

However, I cannot generate the configure file. Any pointers? 

I also tried cisTEMx fork from Ben without much success! So I am very sure I am stupidly missing something!
