Binary files for installation

Hello all,

I have recently started using cisTEM, and I wish to install the cisTEM on a AMD Ryzen 3990 Threadripper equipped computer which I am accessing remotely right now. however i cannot do it via the normal tar.gz file installation, could i have access to the binary installation files which would enable me to directly install the program on to the computer? Thanks in advance.
