import particle stack from relion3.1 to cistem

Hi,

Is there any way to import particle.star file (after 2D) from relion-3.1 to cistem ?

Please sugest.

Hi,

This is not currently possible with cisTEM 1.0.0 without editing the star file. It is possible in the development 2.0.0 version, and so should be possible in the next release.
