I installed the last version of cisTEM available on Tim's GitHub, the version d11be1e (70-d11be1e-dirty). When it comes to template matching workflow, I can use the CTF panel, but the images are not seen in the Match Templates one (All images (0)). However, the template is detected. In addition, no profiles are displayed under " Run profile", and the drop-down menu is empty. After installing the software several times on different machines, I had the same issue. Any idea on how to fix these issues?
