I am not sure what is particle stack filename when I import data from Relion. I can find the star file from Relion, for example from select/job**/particles.star. Cistem needs the *.mrc for the partcle stack filename, but the particles.star comes from many mrc files. I feel confused. Thanks a lot.
You will probably have to create a stack using relion_stack_create. This will produce files you can import into cisTEM. Please consult the Relion documentation for further information about how to use relion_stack_create.
