Is there a way to delete bad results/runs, or results one does not want to keep any more?
If you delete assets from the database, this only deletes the database entry, so nothing is ever deleted from disk. If you want to delete things from disk, currently you have to do that manually.
Is it okay to delete the particle stacks from previous runs? Actually, I did 3 rounds of 2D classification and now using particles from the third round of 2D classification for 3D classification. Is it okay to delete ParticlesStack from first round of 2D classification which is a large file?
If you delete this, you will not be able to run any jobs that use any refinement packages that reference this stack (you can see filename in the Assets->Refinement_Packages panel). If you are ok with that, then you can delete the file and it should be fine.
