I wanted to ask if there is a way to import stacks into cryosparc and the other way around (from cryosparc to Frealign) - we are struggling with that. We have been only relying on CisTEM in all our projects, including the published ones, however, one of the projects seems to work better when using cryosparc in part of the processing workflow.
Any ideas would be great!

Hi,
we do not commonly convert to/from cryosparc, but it should be possible to import relion starfiles exported from cisTEM into cryosparc and export relion starfiles from cryosparc that can be imported by cisTEM.

Thank you so much the information. we will try that. It is unfortunate that the conversion, especially from cryosparc to frealign (and the other way around) does not work.
