Dear all,

Would it be possible to provide 2D class averages or projections of refined 3D reconstruction as references for autopicking run in cisTEM?

Looking forward to hearing from cisTEM experts

Hi John,

Hi John,

This is not yet possible from within the GUI.  However, we have very good results without it.  Do you have problems picking with the blob?
