Dear Forum,
The work window freezes up as I launch the CTF correction on my images generated from the aligned movies and dose corrected. The window will remain the same all overnight and there are no output files. Please see the screenshot.
Is it duet the fact that I carried our the movie alignment and dose correction using other packages and then imported the dose correct images (and not movies) to the cisTEM pipeline ? What should be done.

Importing should be fine. The problem is that none of the processes are connecting (it shows 0/49).
This likely means the executables are not in the location listed (in which case you much edit or create a new run profile).
