I am attempting an ab-initio 3D reconstruction and I believe I have a hexameric complex (via SAXS and the initial 3D reconstruction). The first 3D reconstruction is missing density in some areas and I am attempting to apply symmetry to correct this issue. However, I am unable to apply C6 symmetry as there is no option in cisTEM while making the refinement package. I've tried C3 and D3 with no luck.

You can type in any valid symmetry, it does not have to be selected from the list. Simply type in C6 and it should work.
