Some of my users can't open their existing projects. The GUI hangs with the progress bar on the "finishing" step.
This seems to be for all projects, regardless of local/remote filesystem. The project databases are pretty big, ~20 GB.
What can I do to troubleshoot further? Thanks in advance.

Do you get any error in the output? Do these projects have a lot of particles? If so, how much memory is there on the machine?

Thanks for the quick reply. I *think* this turned out to be a local filesystem issue as I'm having trouble reproducing the error now.
But, there was no error in the output, there were several hundred thousand particles, and the machine has 128 GB of memory. I'll post anything else I found out here in case there is something to do in cisTEM about it (even just dumping an error).
